We offer a Mixed Quarter that includes cuts from both the front and back quarters of the animal.  This provides a nice variety for you to enjoy and includes over 100 lbs of beef.  A 3% processing fee applies for credit card transactions.  Payment can be made by check or cash to eliminate this fee for a purchase price of $1300 (save $40).
